We would like to inform you regarding the manner, the scope, and the purpose of collecting and using personal data via our website. If you have any further questions with regard to data-protection issues relating to our website, please contact us via below form.

Server Logs

On every access to one of our pages, our web server stores the following data in its logs:

• - your IP address,
• - current date and time,
• - name, URL, and size of the requested page or file,
• - status code (request successful, page not found, etc.),
• - name and version of your browser and operating system (if transmitted by your browser), and
• - URL of previous website (referer, if transmitted by your browser).

These logs are used only for identifying illegal and invalid attempts to access the web server and for investigating the cause of errors. We cannot identify an individual person using this information. The data are stored for 14 days and deleted afterwards.

Statistics and Webtracking

This website uses Matomo for statistics. It collects data about your access (visited pages, search terms) and your computer (browser, operating system, and screen resolution) and stores them in an anonymized way. You can use the form below of enable the "Do not track" feature of your browser to opt out.

Information for Our Clients (authors and conference organizers)

A main component of our service is to collect, process, and deliver all data and documents that we have received from you to the organizers of the event for which you give us data and to the publisher for the event (e.g., ACM or IEEE). The data that we process are, for example: your name, affiliation, e-mail address, meta data about your article and archives, and all documents (including archives) that you deliver to us.

You can request to obtain a copy of your personal data, and you can request update and removal of your personal data from our server.
